I'm an architect with head full of ideas and solutions how to make them real. I'm trained and experienced with BIM(Building Information Modeling) which has hudge impact on my carere. When I work with the client I always defind first what they need and than search for the technical answer how to make it work. But dispite that I'm a husband, sailor, graphic designer who like to spend some time in moutains.

House for Agata and Piotrek with a Barn in a lovely village Pysznica in the Southern-East part of Poland. Combination of modern and tradition. The metal sheets combine with a wooden finish. Hidden gutters and a row concrete makes it uniqe and special.

Based on a old plans and point cloud I have created an survey model for the conception of Prime Minister Chancelary. Model was fully made in ArchiCAD and the most chalenging part was the details. Interior and Exterior.

Everyone should start taking care about the planet and start from themselfs. I'm strongly advice my clients to consider it too. That's why I would like to ask you twice: Do you really need a paper version of your design?

Electronic files (-10% basic price)

This is a right choice!
Nowdays when data can be stored in mobile devices, tablets, computers and in the cloud do you still need a printed version of the design.

According to the construction law the permit project can be delivered in electronic version.
Art. 33 1. a) Polish Construction Law.

Paper version (basic price)

Do you really need a paper version if you have electronic one.

If yes, let me know and I will prepare it for you.

But please consider this. For a simple house one pile of docs and plans could be 200+ pages.

Electronic & Paper (+10% basic price)

If you really need the paper and electronic version of files let me know and I will prepare it for you.

But it is a 20% more than just an electronic version.

ArchiCAD

BIM Software

Last 5 years I have spent in this software combine with time durring studies it is above 10 000 hours. Spent on the railwaystations, offices, housing and houses in Polans and Swicerland
I have taken the Graphisoft BIM Manager course.
In everyday work I was making BIM models, validating them, upgrating ofices standards and sharing my knowledge with others while helping them and searching for solutions.

This experience made me an excelent toutor and I wold be delighted to help you and your ideas and challenges
